REMOTE SUPPORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
  • Unless covered by a specific service agreement or support contract eg Sage Cover, HR3 or Winpay Cover, Infotech will charge Telephone and Remote support at standard rates. Time will be charged in fifteen (15) minute units, with a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes.

  • Support provided by telephone or on a remote basis of a time period of less than five (5) minutes may be offered as a free service unless it is part of an on-going issue.  (The product or service on which the support is provided should be one provided by Infotech. Support on products supplied by other suppliers will be charged at normal rates).

  • Service or Encounter records will be completed and processed for this type of service.
